This is an introductory program for our youngest curlers, aged U11. Games are focused on developing skills, an appreciation of the sport and how to be safe on/off the ice. They will learn the rules of the game, the delivery, sliding, rock release, sweeping and scoring.
This program is for new and returning curlers aged 11-20. These curlers receive a balance of instruction and game play with an emphasis on learning and enjoying the game. As a junior curler, there are many opportunities to play for awards in fun bonspiels throughout the province!
Age U11 - all you need is a clean pair of sneakers and a helmet. The club will provide you with everything else including a broom and slider! Curling fits everyone’s budget!
